Workplace Dispute Resolution

Workplace Resolutions LLC is a national full-service provider of alternative dispute services. Our practice
provides mediation and arbitration of commercial and employment litigation. Since our founding, we
have mediated over 750 matters and arbitrated over 350 matters.

In employment litigation, we have resolved disputes involving age, race, and gender discrimination, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, layoffs, failure to promote, and retaliation. Three of our recent specialty areas include:

• Disputes involving highly paid executives, arising from employment agreements or severance agreements
• Disputes involving whistleblower/retaliation claims, arising from protected activity or retaliation under environmental laws, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and the Energy Reorganization Act.
• Disputes involving federal employees, arising from terms and condition of federal employment.

In commercial litigation, we have resolved disputes involving real estate, construction, aviation, automotive sales and repairs, and personal services. Two of our specialty areas include:

• Disputes arising from settlement of class action litigation and mass claims
• Disputes involving securities or employment under the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
