Resolution of NASD Litigation

Richard Fincher is an established mediator and arbitrator of NASD related litigation. Since 2003, he has been selected by the parties for over ten matters concerning employment or suitability claims for over $500,000. He has served as Chair of the Arbitration Panel for seven of the matters. The range of the employment claims include general breach of contract, non-compete disputes, wrongful discharge, RICO, non-solicitation disputes, and constructive discharge.
