Richard D. Fincher is an executive coach with a national practice. With twenty five years of global corporate experience, his practice is focused on linking individual executive effectiveness to organizational performance. Prior to launching his coaching practice, Dick served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Honeywell Aerospace Engines business in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dick’s competence as an executive coach reflects his career emphasis on executive development, organizational learning, and cultural transformation. While at Honeywell Corporation, Dick was a leader of their Six Sigma and organizational learning strategy. At Ameritech Corporation, Dick was a leader of their cultural “Breakthrough” transformation and executive education strategy. At Baxter Healthcare, Dick directed global succession planning and served as Global Director of Human Resource Planning.
He has recently accepted opportunities to speak to senior executives on a variety of career topics, including executive derailment, succession planning, mentoring, and developing executives. He has completed formal education with the Adler School of Professional Coaching, and is certified in various assessment instruments and 360 feedback surveys. He is an active member of the International Coaching Federation.
