The Collaborative Workplace LLC is a national provider of consulting services in organizational development; including facilitation, executive coaching, change management, strategic planning, leadership assessment, and conflict coaching. Our objective is to enhance employee productivity, morale and innovation through collaboration.

Richard Fincher and Rocco Scanza are nationally recognized consultants in teambuilding and retreats for groups and organizations. Recent teambuilding has been conducted for Coconino Community College, Tompkins County (New York) Government, Heraeus Corporation, and TSA/Homeland Security.

Executive mediation is an exploding tool to resolve interpersonal-driven disputes within the workplace. There are no legal claims or attorneys representing the executives. The common issues include personality conflicts, policy, resource and decision-making disputes.

We offer an integrated series of conflict management seminars (new mediator training, HR briefings) which effectively link theory and practice through innovative curriculum and an adult learning model.
