Prior to launching his coaching practice, Dick served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Honeywell Aerospace Engines business in Phoenix, Arizona.

While at Honeywell Corporation, Dick was a leader of their Six Sigma and organizational learning strategy. At Ameritech Corporation, Dick was a leader of their cultural “Breakthrough” transformation and executive education strategy. At Baxter Healthcare, Dick directed global succession planning and served as Global Director of Human Resource Planning.
