Our mission is to provide innovative solutions to resolve conflict and encourage collaboration within the workplace.

We are owned and managed by neutrals committed to the highest standards of conduct. We work on a national basis in both the private and public sectors. While primarily ADR practitioners, we work closely with university academics and researchers to stay current on ADR trends.

Our philosophy recognizes the unique nature of each client. Since 2000, we have managed each project to produce solutions that focus on those individual needs. Each client is served by a team that is carefully selected for the particular project, and delivers peak performance through a combination of tools, skills, and experience. We promise the personal involvement of our senior leadership and a commitment to quality and integrity.
